Joining the main stages, a 2,000 square foot brick-lined courtyard and drive features an overlooking balcony, four fire escapes and two massive roofs complete with water towers, smokestack and a beautiful view of Manhattan.

The 1896 has a growing 300+ piece prop collection as well as its own line of architecturally themed props, Primate Props, coming out in 2010. A newly built corner Cyc adds to an already abundant variety of textured walls. Modern shooting amenities abound, with full hair and make-up rooms and a green room for clients.
