  Shooting throughout Spain since 2008, Palma Pictures Photo is in full-swing. This year  the company will open its first permanent production office outside of Mallorca.

  Responding to clients' needs, Palma Pictures Photo has decided to set-up in Barcelona - the biggest city on the Mediterranean - with the company's multi-cultural crew and close attention to detail separating it from the crowd.

  • Armani with Rafa Nadal shot by Steven Klein.
  • The Escada S/S 2012 catalogue with Claudia Knoelfel, Stefan Indlekofer and Horst Diekgerdes.
  • Japanese photographer/DOP Uchida Shoji shot photos for beauty brand Kose.
  • Max Dodson joined the company for a Sony Music CD launch of Il Divo.
  • Rafa Nadal featured for a Bacardi moving image project produced, directed and photographed by the Palma Pictures crew.

  This month, Sky TV is back with Palma Pictures Photo to shoot a second series of its BAFTA-nominated series 'Mad Dogs'. At the end of filming last year, the company brought David LaChapelle over to create some unforgettable imagery to help promote the show.

  Palma Pictures has supplied production services in Spain for the past 18 years and supports the Photo Division with the full array of digital and film equipment in-house, as well as the technicians that go with it, the company is ready-to-go for all types of moving image or photo shoots.

  Palma Pictures Photo has had a great start to 2011, with a fabulous film shot across a number of Mediterranean beaches for Jack Wills by youth culture photographer/director Elaine Constantine.

  This year has also brought another interesting project from SEAT in Barcelona as well as a return visit from friends at Swedish agency Adamsky for Academic Work shot by Petruss Olsson in Madrid. Japanese brand KOSE stopped by with a famous Japanese actress to shoot in Mallorca, while photographer Jason Bell and stylist Richard Pierce shot for American Express.

  Next up, UK agency Big Communications are set to return with photographer Matt Hind for another Fruit of the Loom shoot, this time in Madrid.

  In January 2011, Palma Pictures Photo was privileged to shoot with photographer Nadav Kander after a year packed with exciting shoots.

  The company hosted an H&M Home shoot with photographer Tim Evan Cook in December, while September brought an H&M Woman shoot with photographer Andreas Öhlund. August featured a Bogner Catalogue shoot with photographer Bumper from Agency Brunner Bekker, art director Reto Brunner and hair and make-up artist Sabine Oberhuber.
