Located at the base of Signal Hill on a quiet cul-de-sac and a few minutes away from downtown Cape Town, Boutique Manolo offers four luxurious, Zen-inspired suites, each with amazing views over the city, Table Mountain and harbour. Richard Carstens, voted top Chef of the Year in South Africa, prepares food that can best be described as 'New Contemporary' that is, a cuisine that captures and isolates flavours and creates multiple textures and combinations by applying new cooking techniques. Richard says he is inspired by Ferran Adria of what is considered to be the world's best restaurant, El Bulli in Spain.
