Every year KOMPAN develops several thousands of design proposals in 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Studio Max). It is KOMPAN’s ambition to develop a “Global Centre of Design and Visualisation” in Berlin, which shall systematically improve all aspects related to the presentation of attractive and competitive playgrounds. 3D Art Director / Lead 3D Artist (m/w) for playgrounds - International pioneer challenge in Berlin
Develop and implement a unique KOMPAN 3D visual style with a high recognition value
Take active part in developing and innovating KOMPAN’s corporate identity in 3D
Create 3D presentations that reflect the play value of KOMPAN’s products
Set and pursue all 3D KOMPAN’s visualisation standards worldwide
Create and develop presentation projects using the latest 3D technology
Apply and assess the potential of new technologies for presenting 3D work
Optimise and drive the 3D production environment worldwide
Occasional international travel in order to educate local colleagues and communicate global standards
Work experience as 3D visualizer, 3D visualizer, Production Designer, Game Designer, 3D Artist, 3D Animator in an architect company, 3D agency or even self-employed
Profound experience in 3D presentations
Professional handling of 3D tools like 3ds Max/ 3D Studio Max or Maya is a must
Solid graphic experience and well-developed intuition when it comes to layout and visualisation
Business acumen that helps you understand how your work supports your colleagues in sales efforts and adjust accordingly
Fluent in English to communicate with your international colleagues
Degree in 3D design and visual communication or another relevant education within architecture, design, graphic design or similar
