They are looking for a talented 3d Artist to join the 3d Modeling and Visualization department, which fluctuates between 1-3 people at any given time and both supports and is supported by the design team. As such, production must be on site. The candidate must be self-motivated; design orientated and is able to work with minimal supervision. The ideal person should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with a good understanding of the architectural/design sector and have a keen interest in keeping up to date with software developments in this ever developing industry.


To create 3d models based on architectural designs defined by the design teams

To create stunning and beautiful urban and architectural design imagery with diligent and artistic approach to composition and content of scene.

Liaising with project directors, designers and visualization manager

Maintain order/upkeep of 3d assets library

Provide technical support to designers pertaining to 3D modelling and rendering tasks.

Assist in 3d physical modeling tasks to digital fabrication (laser cutting and 3D-printing) as needed.


Expert proficiency with the following suite of tools: 3ds Max, Rhino, SketchUp and VRay(3D-Max and SketchUp), Adobe Suite/Photoshop and 3D printing and Laser-cutter software.

Working knowledge of 3D-Max Script.

Exposure to network-rendering setup and good understanding of network rendering

Strong understanding of the 3d visualization production pipeline from modeling, texturing, lighting and environment set up to rendering and post production /image compositing in Photoshop.

Proficiency in texture mapping and creating custom materials

Must be conscientious of good practice procedures when setting up scenes i.e. keeping file sizes to a minimum by means of diligent use of textures, 3d assets, proxies, Xrefs etc.

Self-organized, self-driven, and capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision; able to organize and prioritize their own time to meet production demands.

Excellent communication skills required between candidate and management/designers throughout project development.

Must have +5 years of experience in architectural domain or similar discipline.

Degree in Architecture, Graphic/Visual Arts, Industrial Design or relevant experience required.

As the department will be working towards more emphasis on Virtual Reality services and parametric modeling in the future, knowledge or interest in exploring Unity/Unreal Engine and Rhino-Grasshopper is preferred.
