Bachelors degree in graphic design, communications art, or advertising art
1-10 years industry experience including promotional work
Full-ranging knowledge of design tools such as Adobe CS 4 & 5
Portfolio must be available online
Must bring original ideas to the table: No one trick ponies
Must play well with others: No control freaks
Must embrace failure: No crybabies, No whining
Must be passionate about the work: No stopping when it’s good, push till it’s great.
Must be open to criticism: No thin skin
Must be a self starter: We’re not here to babysit
