Art Production Assistant, Glamour

Glamour Advertising Art department is looking for a Production Assistant to join a 5 person design team. The Production Assistant will be a go-getter who will report to the Design Director and be responsible for assisting the Design Department so that daily projects are completed most efficiently. Additionally, Production Assistant will participate in creative meetings, maintain creative budgets and assist on photo shoots.
• Organize/maintain catalog of samples, printed collateral and comps
• Input and organize bills for art budgets
• Assist manager in purchasing print, premium and event collateral with corporate print buyer
• Manage project trafficking and sign offs
• Coordinate between prepress production and art
• Set up shoot schedules with art director, put together call sheets, assist on shoots
• Coordinate with rights and permission on releases for talent/photographers
• Purchase monthly blowups for events
• Order/maintain art supplies
• Back up digital files
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• A passion for media and design
• Enthusiasm for fashion, beauty and marketing
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
