BeachMint is looking for a passionate, driven, and hands-on Creative Director to help maintain our existing brands as well as usher in a few more in 2012! The ideal candidate would have extensive experience both with print and web… with a strong bias to online. Online direct response marketing experience is a very substantial bonus. This is a hands-on role… be prepared to get your hands dirty on key projects.



You Are:

Experienced. Over a decade of online experience required - minimum.
A Leader. At least 5 years of team management experience required including roles such as: Designers, copywriters, photo re-touchers, and even front end developers.
Passionate. You love design. You love fashion. You love selling fashionable things through sound design.
Analytical. We are constantly refining our brands, our offerings, and even the funnel to purchase them. You have experience with looking at data for trends and tendencies… and can offer future solutions or quick band-aids confidently.

Requirements:

10+ years online experience - minimum
5+ years of team management experience
Fashion and/or beauty industry experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
110% comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience launching new brands
Hands-on
Online direct marketing experience
Experience establishing or working with an e-commerce model is a huge plus
