What You’ll Do


You’ll be responsible for:

Creating compelling concepts, wireframes, and designs that deliver results.

Using data and research to develop effective concepts.

Leading the execution of concepts that adhere to brand standards.

Testing concepts through spilt testing and user testing.

Ensuring the copy direction and visual presentation work together.

Presenting your ideas clearly to the Account team.

Estimating time to complete tasks.

Managing your workload to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

Planning and directing photo and video shoots.

Providing continuous feedback throughout the process to ensure work is high quality and achieves the communication objective.



The Must Haves


3-5 years of experience as an Art Director leading a team.

A very strong digital portfolio including examples of UI, UX, campaigns and print.

Solid understanding of usability, interaction, user interfaces, and navigation.

Working knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS, and the capabilities of web browsers and email clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite programs.

Ability to communicate effectively with front-end and back-end developers.



The Nice to Haves


Google Analytics experience and certifications.

Knowledge of marketing metrics and ways to track ROI.

Experience with B2B marketing.



This position may be located in either our Westchester, IL (Chicagoland area), or Milwaukee, WI office.
