The Digital Producers serve as the primary coordinator and communicator of any complex digitally-based project. This position collaborates with multiple project teams across boundaries of both creative and technical capabilities. The producers provides unique oversight and perspective to maintain a common goal while increasing knowledge, communication, and awareness between team members and the client.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Work with Account Directors and provide appropriate strategic thinking in all phases of business, client, and project development.
Assist the Account Directors in pulling together project estimates and pitches. Using your experience across production to ensure expectations with clients are set accurately from the outset.
Run client workshops to extract project requirements, working with the Account Manager and Account Director to document these requirements and ultimately write a detailed brief.
Manage the internal solution design portion of large scale digital builds. He/she will run a collaborative solution design process involving Account Managers, Account Directors, UX / UI designers, and Developers. Documenting the proposed scope and architecture.
Assist the Account Manager in communicating technical components of the project to the client.
Work closely with the Production and Traffic manager, ensuring they have accurate information in order to allocate resource efficiently across all projects, taking into account unique project requirements and production staff strengths and weaknesses.
Assist the Account Managers in managing their projects internally. He/she will work alongside UX / UI designers, developers, creatives and technical specialists to facilitate the smooth production of complex digital assets.
Manage the QC and testing process, he/she will ensure each member of the production team fulfils theirs responsibilities and that all digital projects launch at a world class standard.
Work alongside the Production Manager to report and analyse project production performance. Implementing new initiatives and processes to help continually improve the quality and efficiency of the production team.
Minimum 2 years working in a Digital Producer role managing the production of bespoke web solutions.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving diverse production teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
Strong knowledge of available Project Management principles, methods, tools and techniques.
Strong technical and business acumen
Extremely self confident, this positions requires him/her to be able to communicate with large and small clients in a confident, knowledgeable and trust worthy manner.

Have a professional appearance and experience working to time sensitive briefs.
The ability to communicate with clarity, in writing and in person.

English as a first language is essential for this role
