We are now seeking an exceptional individual to the position of Director of Creative Media. This leadership role is responsible for developing and managing the University’s integrated design, media and print business. This includes delivering client satisfaction, developing the business strategy, being custodian of the University’s identity, building stakeholder relationships and leading the Creative Media team, there will be an increasing focus on service quality and sales growth. Creative Media runs as a profit making business unit providing a range of high quality creative marketing services to both internal and external clients.
Candidates will be expected to display strong evidence of their experience in a strategic leadership role. Previous employment in a creative and/or marketing role, agency or client side is desirable. An ability to inspire trust and confidence in customers and stakeholders at all levels will be crucial, as will the ability to build and motivate a team of design, media, print and client relationship professionals. All candidates should have experience of profitably running a business trading account or had significant budget responsibility.
