The right candidate will:
# Reactively and proactively conduct analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions/accounts to known fraudulent activity
# Identify and escalate actual or potential major fraud files in a timely manner
# Maintain or exceed established service level agreements and guidelines for timely resolution of queued transactions to minimize potential revenue losses
# Work effectively with peers and leadership by communicating fraud trends and sharing ideas and information in a constructive and positive manner
# Modify and execute standard SQL database queries to retrieve/analyze data
# Identify strong indicators through analysis for addition to our fraud systems
# Performs special projects in a timely manner and as requested


# Bachelor's degree

# Willingness to work overtime, and/or on weekends with short notice
# Must be willing to work at the station in Universal City
# Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation
# Must be 18 years or older
# Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics:

# Six Sigma (or equivalent methodology) experience
# Sound decision making, analytical, statistical, and problem solving skills
# Strong written and verbal communication skills
# Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
# Strong internet research & proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
# Experience in fraud, collections, and the entertainment industry
# SQL experience preferred
