We are looking for an Intermediate HTML/JavaScript Developer for a full time position in downtown Toronto. We work in a socially responsible industry and our clients are good people doing good work. Our company is small – 25 people – with a 4000 square foot office less than 1 km from either King Station or Union Station.

We're looking for someone with these attributes:
• A web developer with outstanding user interface skills and demonstrated ability for hand-coding standards-compliant, semantic HTML and CSS, with a knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Client-side object oriented JavaScript skills, ideally using Ajax, jQuery or similar libraries
• Knowledge of DOM manipulation and event handling
• A strong foundation in Agile software development principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a small, tight-knit team
• University or college education along with 3-5+ years of experience
Bonus points for:
o Experience working with RESTful services, ASP.NET MVC, C#
o SQL Server 2005+

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Under the direction of the Lead Developer, turn business requirements and wireframes into well-written HTML and JavaScript code
• Participate in code reviews and take feedback from team members to ensure code is of the highest quality
