In recent years, the healthcare market information industry has moved away from providing data-heavy analyses of marketplaces towards shorter and more impactful presentations, and other means of visual communication. To this end, Kantar Health has set up worldwide a dedicated team of individuals to ensure all key deliverables (proposals and presentations) are of the highest quality to encourage clients to take action.

Help them build a reputation for creativity in deliverables with a focus on information design and data visualization
Help them developing visually impactful proposals, client reports and deliverables and marketing initiatives:
Formatting and helping to design creative deliverables ensuring a professional look and feel,
Adhering to Kantar Health brand guidelines, while adding custom flair based on the project
Work on design of materials from concept to completion, demonstrating a strong ability to work with information and data to create beautiful and intelligent compositions
Maintain a consistent “look-and-feel” for all client facing materials
Ensuring a high standard of deliverables is maintained based on key creative principles
Attending brainstorming meetings with members of the research team to understand their needs and the goal of the deliverable
Offering ideas and suggestions as to how deliverables can be further improved for greater clarity
Keeping members of the creative team and research team up-to-date with progress on deliverables being produced, and delivering within the specified timeframe
Help them design more innovative deliverables (infographics or other leave pieces)
Communicating to the research team the importance of going beyond PowerPoint when delivering research findings
Designing and producing deliverables that go beyond PowerPoint (e.g. leave pieces, infographics)
Exploring new and innovative approaches to communication by:
Working to explore new and innovative ways to deliver research and findings (e.g. animation or video)
Showing an interest and willingness to learn programming skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years graphic design experience, ideally in a marketing context
Good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite package, including a high proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with good knowledge of InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro
Additional knowledge of other design or software package is also important but not essential
Good understanding and knowledge of PowerPoint
Capacity of both analytical and creative thinking
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Energetic and happy working as part of a team
Confident in your ideas but willing to learn from other disciplines
A talented creative and autonomous individual with strong work ethic and can-do attitude; someone who can hit the ground running and someone who is excited to be a part of helping them to build a creative environment from the ground up
Someone who is excited about working in an international environment and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Fluent English & French
