Candidate will Champion the development of long and short term integrated marketing/sales plans. Ensure the utilization of data and intelligence to develop sound marketing strategies, anticipate trends and articulate future marketing needs. Develop a deep understanding of market and customer segment opportunities to create campaigns that meet attendance and revenue goals. Analyze publicly available competitive intelligence and incorporate in plans accordingly. Actively participate in development of departmental strategic plans and budgets. Monitor progress towards plans throughout the year to assure accomplishment of goals.

Integrated Marketing/Sales Plans
# Lead the development of integrated marketing and sales plans for key consumer segment and product initiatives. Develop communication strategy and input to guide plan development. Facilitate plan innovation and make recommendations for resource optimization to deliver attendance and revenue goals. Lead presentation of plans to senior leadership for approval.

New Program Development
# Champion assessment of new opportunities by analyzing strategic, consumer and financial impacts. Partner with other depts. (Consumer Insights, Specialty Products/Pricing, Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance) and analyze publicly available competitive intelligence to inform recommendations for new programs to drive attendance and revenues. Develop tracking and measurement plans for performance measurement.

Annual Operating Plans
# Participate in the annual planning process. Integrate development of annual programs and budgets across dept. Recommend annual plan budget trade-offs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

# Bachelors degree required
# Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
# Experience in developing marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans leveraging advertising, publicity, promotions, and ecommerce.
# Experience overseeing marketing plan execution and developing marketing communication strategy and evaluating consumer communications.
# Experience directing consumer research projects and analyzing conclusions to inform marketing decisions.
# Strong written and oral communication skills. Powerpoint skills required - executive level presentations.
# Experience analyzing multiple data sources to develop marketing conclusions and recommendations.
# Experience in developing marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans leveraging advertising, publicity, promotions, and ecommerce.
