This position will report in to the Creative Director of HDM and will work closely with the editors and designers on the across all brands to provide imagery that furthers the story telling on each site, as well as brand standards. As Photographer you will need to be reliable, quick and creative as this is a fast paced digital environment. The right candidate must be able to work independently and hit the ground running.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Photography on location and in studio
• Post production for shoots, mark ups and retouching
• Siloing products and people
• Cropping for individual website specifications
• Optimizing images for web use, and making Gifs
• Managing all images on our file server
• Light retouching and color correcting
• Creating collages comps out of silos

Skills required:

• 5 years experience in digital photography, lighting in-studio and location
• Experience in Capture One workflows and image processing
• Photoshop expertise: cropping, siloing, retouching, and creating compositions and collages, saving for web
• Able to handle multiple tasks at a time and comfortable with short deadlines
• Knowledge of pop culture, news and the latest trends in fashion, entertainment and lifestyle.
