Innovate new and creative ways to use social platforms and digital content to tell stories
Pitch and develop concepts/stories with a unique angle that are relevant to E!’s demographic
Follow trending topics and stay current with all social media platforms to incorporate into pitches in inventive ways
Pull any and all needed assets for stories of the day (broll, soundbites, pictures, etc)
Write multiple scripts a day based on concepts pitched in morning meeting
Oversee full production process—from conception and pre-production through post production
Manage and deliver multiple projects daily with a strict deadline
Work closely with editors on concept development and story follow through
Direct talent on shoots in studio if needed
Manage priorities and multiple projects to meet deadlines
Expansive knowledge of pop culture and digital trends
Strong understanding of AVID and INEWS
2+ years of professional experience
Strong journalistic writing skills and editorial judgment
Experience with content management
Strong written and communication skills—especially under pressure

A background in creative storytelling for news is a plus
Passion for social media, entertainment news, pop culture and digital content
Familiarity with digital content formats and production
Familiarity with top entertainment news sites/apps and associated social media
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-talk and prioritize assignments
