WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Product Manager for Ads and Video, you will play a vital role in helping shape the future of the advertising industry. You will create innovative, visually stunning and high performing new ad formats that use rich media and video across social properties on apps, web and mobile that take advantage of the unique nature of the medium, such as sharing, LBS, virtual currency, etc.


THE DAY TO DAY

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the most innovative and effective social ads
• Develop simple integration methods for social websites
• Create exciting media, mobile, video ads and templates and ensure that ads are performing well
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, build and launch phases for successful products
• Document and maintain a backlog of product requirements
• Perform competitive analysis on social advertising
• Monitor the performance of products, increase market value, participate in strategic planning and review pricing

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY

• 3+ years minimum of product management experience in online advertising or technology
• Rich Media, Video and/or Ad Network experience
• Proven skills prioritizing projects effectively, taking initiative and working independently
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proactive leader with great project management skills
• Ability to build relationships and motivate team members
• BA/BS required, Computer Science strongly preferred
