-Help the team implement precise visual design

-Create libraries for reusable, systematic design

-Champion improvements with the team

3. Take a user-centered approach

-Make design decisions that all drive towards an emotional experience

-Strive to learn how people feel when engaged with your designs

4. Prioritize

-Focus on the details that impact the experience most

-Understand how your design decisions contribute to business goals

Experience

-4+ years experience creating beautiful mobile apps, and web applications

-Strong collaboration skills to work on a close-knit team of designers and developers

-A portfolio with excellent use of typography, color, imagery, and attention to detail

-Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Sketch

-Able to prototype motion with a tool like After Effects or CSS/Javascript

-Self-directed
