As a member of the Agency team, the Studio Designer is responsible for maintaining and adapting the seasonal look through all assigned projects, contributing to a cohesive visual message across all communications. Based on concepts or visual direction, you’ll be supporting the leading creative and collaborative team to develop, execute and deliver online content, print and design work. You understand how technology works, and even better how it should look. With an articulate understanding of fundamentals like typography, interactive design and usability, you can improve work on both an aesthetic and functional level. You’ll be reviewing your work with the creative team independently and deliver work on time. Versatility and flexibility along with good personal organization skills will be essential for you to manage work through the approval process. Quality is key. You’re responsible for checking the accuracy of your work, and partnering with external agencies and production companies to make sure all assets and deliverables meet technical specifications and requirements. You’ll also be fundamental in contributing to the development of ‘best practice’ processes for their Agency team. Fitting within a wider, integrated creative team, the role relies on a confident, energetic and experienced Studio Designer, with the capability to collaborate with and motivate others. You have a detailed eye with exceptional typography skills and creative flair to proactively offer innovative (but workable) design solutions. You’ll combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy and a faultless attention to detail.
You’re expected to work responsibly and be good at juggling priorities and managing your time to get things done quickly and effectively.
Needless to say, you’ll have hands-on design skills and expert competency with ALL Adobe Creative programs…. and a willingness to learn new programs and systems too.
You’ll also need solid experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic, creative or design studio, preferably working on fashion clients
