What you'll do

As Virtual Content Designer, you’ll deliver and embed core Sales & Service learning through various digital channels including video, online and print support materials, and eLearning. You’ll design, author and edit Sales & Service eLearning and digital content in a creative, engaging and learning effective way. You’ll also collaborate with our internal Communications teams to update and maintain the content on relevant intranet pages. You'll constantly be on the look out for improvement opportunities, continually enhancing our digital capabilities.

Your responsibilities will also include:
Filming and editing basic video content to support workshop and web based learning
Using desktop publishing principles to consult on and design support and communication material for online and print use
Project Managing the design and development of content to agreed timelines, budgets and standards

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll need extensive knowledge of the design and development of digital content including web design, video, online and print support materials and eLearning.
You’ll have experience of developing user-interface designs, web-based training, and other multimedia products, and you’ll be proficient in desktop publishing and web content design.
You’ll be adept in the development of web based interactive resources using a range of technologies including but not limited to Articulate, Flash, Captivate, HTML, scripting languages and multimedia. You’ll also have an awareness of graphic design packages such as Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D Studio Max.
Your technical background will also have ideally equipped you with:
Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript
Advanced knowledge of SCORM standards and JavaScript
Experience of the Oracle Learning Management System
Experience of building eLearning test plans
