New studio/location - Hiperespai is an industrial unit that belongs to a former corner textile factory called “La Escocesa”, located in the Poblenou district of Barcelona.

The studio space is 40 by 11 metres, providing a total of 500 m2. The internal space is completely open plan, allowing maximum flexibility with large flexible panels. The entrance area is flooded in direct sunlight throughout the entire afternoon. There is storage space and bathroom with a shower unit.

All furniture has wheels for easy re-positioning, the extractor fan in the kitchen can be dismounted in minutes and can move to any part of the studio. The wall beneath the mezzanine is also dismountable enabling additional perspectives. Most windows are connected to a patio, where extra lighting can be positioned. As they say: "everything moves in the Hiperespai"
