2009 was a fantastic year for Nomad, with some great advertising jobs shot by Guy Neveling for Gallus, Cottonelle, VW Polo and Old Mutual.

Nomad began 2010 at a sprint with the bluest of skies and brightest sunshine providing the perfect environment for catalogue clients to capture perfect shots.

With Gemo, Pro Idee and Otto, the combination of Cape Town and Nomad was the perfect recipe for "No hassle" productions.

Nomad slid into season from the beginning of October with a back-to back-flow of catalogue, advertising and stock library jobs.

First-up were long-standing clients Otto who had a spurt of fantastic weather to complete their shoot. The company moved up to Johannesburg to produce stills for Sky TV's 'Strike Back' series that - literally and figuratively - went off with a blast.

Back in Cape Town, Nomad once again had bright and beautiful weather for Alpro Soya Products and shot a quick Oakley campaign on the beach against a fantastic backdrop of Table Mountain. From one job to the next, true to its definition, Nomad is always on the move.

After an energetic and rewarding season in Cape Town, Damon continued the flow by moving onto Croatia where he produced four Otto teams over a three week period. The productions took place in Zagreb, the industrial hub of Croatia, with its beautiful historic buildings and mixture of modern and traditional locations.

With spring blooming and the air fresh with summer rains, the productions were a wonderful extension to the season. Nomad will be returning to Croatia, moving down to Dubrovnik, in July and August. True to it's definition, "Nomad is always on the move!"

"Cape Town certainly is the place to be - the weather is fantastic and the locations are incredible!" Nomad would like to thank all the clients and crew who have made the start of this current season "so sensational!"

Looking forward and ahead to the rest of the season it has been an exciting and slick beginning for the company, with clients Otto (Germany), Gemo (France), Jupiter (UK), Dorothy Perkins (UK), Ambria (Germany) and KK Magazine (Norway) amongst those to have made the journey south to Cape Town.

Given its resources and established infrastructure, Cape Town is the perfect base from where Nomad can provide all types of shoot with the necessary tools to succeed. These resources, along with Nomad's personalised and excellent service, are extended to all of Africa's incredible locations. This success is due to the "No problem" attitude lived by the Nomad team.
