Producer/Production coordinator

Seeking team players for 6 part patient educational series. Pre-prod August, delivery mid Dec. The 6 approx 10-15 min. videos that make up the DVD will contain, real patient interviews, voice over, medical graphics, actors in the roles of doctors & medical professionals.

Producer/Production coordinator
Responsibilities: Casting, scouting, booking stages/locations with props/styling (docs office/hospital sets), scheduling HD crews, petty cash, managing PA's, overseeing script revisions, working with editor to organize materials, and coordinating graphics. Must be extremely hyper-organized, have extensive experience with digital work-flows, excellent budgeting, extensive crew booking exp. along with solid management skills. We prefer people who have good writing skills and have the ability to work along with editor to shape stories out of unscripted footage in FCP, prefer people familiar with color correction, mix, DVD Studio Pro, and be flexible as this job doesn't stop at 6pm.
