San Francisco - New York [USA]: Claudia Goetzelmann Photographer Claudia Goetzelmann is a true citizen of the world. Born and raised in Germany, she lived in Africa, Indonesia and Singapore before moving to the USA seven years ago. She currently splits her time between San Francisco and New York. Claudia has a fresh, unique approach to her photography, which focuses primarily on fashion and lifestyle. Her images are not the typical fashion style and are often quirkily unconventional, fun, and usually make you look a little bit closer. One of her recent advertising clients, Corbett Accel, asked her to shoot clothing made out of real flowers and weeds. A frequent contributor to Zoo Zoom, in this Spotlight she shares one of her latest projects and some recent editorial work. Around the same time the pair also established their Lost&Found Studio in Rome, a photo studio that offers production and postproduction services.Besides campaigns and editorials, both photographers work in the Arts. Stockholm [Sweden]: Elisabeth Frang Elisabeth Frang is from Gothenburg, Sweden, and started her career in fashion photography in 1996. Already well acquainted with the fashion industry, Elisabeth immediately made her newly found interest a full time job and spent three years developing her talent in New York. Based in Stockholm since 1999, she has become one of Sweden's leading fashion and beauty photographers. Her interpretation of beauty is both sensual and powerful, resulting in a timeless elegance that has brought her many of Sweden's major fashion accounts. Her soulful simplicity and skilled way of lighting, both on location and in the studio, have become her defining trademark. |

New York [USA]: Eva Mueller Eva Mueller was born and raised in Germany where she studied graphic design. Originally working as a freelance art director in Munich, she made the transition to fashion, beauty and music photography after moving to New York City. Her trademark is for strong minimalist images with a sometimes dark humorous twist. "Less is more," she says about her work. "Creating timeless and fun images is more important than copying the trend of the moment." Eva often acts as art director for her own shoots, incorporating a graphic designer's sensitivity for concept and composition. One of her specialities is projection, super-imposing textures, architecture or symbols onto naked bodies. Her editorial work has appeared in international magazines such as Blackbook, Tank, GQ, Vellum, Zink, 125 Magazine, and New York Magazine. She has shot advertising campaigns for Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Panasonic, Master Card, Footlocker, Steve Madden, and Guinness, among many others. Eva has also shot for most American and British record labels as well as many prestigious design companies. Eva Mueller is represented by the international photo production agency FRONT 67. |

Currently based in Europe, he has refined more than a decade of work down to his true passions - shooting beauty and working with the human form. His list of beauty clients includes Vogue, Revlon, L'Oreal, Wella, and Braun among others. His work with nudes continues to attract attention around the world as he puts the finishing touches to his first book that is due to be published early next year. |
