Robert Penkwitt [Barcelona]
Robert Penkwitt has teamed up with Norwegian/French photographer Linn Muskaug to shoot a whole new series of photos in recent months:
- The new catalogue for Parisian fashion label Oggitersen, shot in St Tropez which was well received at the Parisian fashion fair
- An editorial for Display magazine, shot in a Parisian aquarium and soon to be exhibited in Joao Ferreira's art gallery in Cape Town during the The Cape Town Art Festival.
- They were also published in German magazine, tout va bien.
The pair has a new creative cell, called robertandlinn, which you can see at their website. Their concept is to shoot simultaneously and thereby "create a new space in which all parts of the team move freely in a 3-dimensional flow, setting free the often static connection between model and photographer".
Robert and Linn are in Cape Town at the moment, working for various German clients.

The story shown here has just been published in the "neue modemagazine"s 4th issue, shot in Paris.
Nuria did styling, Framn Rezende did hair and make-up, and model was Anja from Karin Models.
Robert just came back from an editorial shoot on Ibiza for x-ray magazine.

Robert shot an editorial for the magazine bcn-inside titled "Geometry of Glamour". Styling by Nuria, hair-makeup by Fraamn Rezende (Olivia). Models: Renata (Francina) and Olesya (Traffic). He also shot for the msxi-catalogue in Sardinia before continuing his trip to Portofino and Milano to shoot a 50s story for the x-ray magazine. Styling by Sabine Berlipp, hair and make-up by Framn Rezende, models by Names and Joy.
Back in Barcelona he shot a lingerie story with beautiful Maria from View Management for the magazine "Sous". Styling by Sabine Berlipp, hair & make-up by Framn Rezende. He just finished a shoot for the Elegance catalogue, organised by Montse Roura productions. Styling by Marion, hair & make-up by Gilberto. In a few days he is off to Lisbon and Sardinia for 2 German catalogues.

Robert Penkwitt just finished a shoot in Barcelona for the "Neue Mode
Magazine" Germany.
He shot a nostalgic erotic story in an old cabaret with Flavia (View), Framm for hair & make up (Olivia) and Nuria for Styling.
Lighting was provided by Spot Barcelona. Montse Roura Productions was of great help.
Besides this, he is busy preparing several shoots for "BCN [inside]"," style in progress" and a shoot in Sardinia in June. -

Robert is back from Cape Town having shot for several German clients there. An exhibition of his work was held in the Joao Ferreira Gallery, the largest in South Africa.
At the moment, Robert is preparing for the Cologne Art Fair, where he will exhibit more of his latest photos, all of which will be linked to his fashion work.
He recently finished shooting for Elegance in Barcelona, and is currently preparing for a shoot in Sardinia. His last two in Paris will be published in the upcoming issue of German fashion magazine Neue Modemagazine.

The latest photo shoot of Robert Penkwitt took place last
week in the new Spot-Loft studio.The sexy styling was done once again by Nuria, Hair and Make Up by Susanna. He shot this session on 8 by 10 inch Polaroid.

After working in Lisbon, Robert is shooting on Ibiza and Formentera, two-month straight for a catalogue client.
The last photo-session in Barcelona was a bikini-shoot with Marta from Traffic - the tribal look was perfectly reflected in her sexy features.
The Styling was done by Nuria Sanchez and Susanna was responsible for Hair & Make Up. -

in the last month called "Made in Barcelona".

Robert Penkwitt just came back from Capetown after a 2 month-stretch of photo shoots there.
He brought back several photo series -one of them is "black on black”, shot with two black models in a black car by night and rain. Sounds pretty dark?

Robert Penkwitt's latest photos were shot with Owen and David, both coming directly from the fashion shows in Paris and Milan to Barcelona to take part in the Gaudi-fashion week. In spite of long hours on the catwalk they were happy to work on a night-shoot from which you can see extracts here. Stylist was once again Nuria and hair-make-up artist was Tina (Servimatge).
Currently Robert is in Capetown till the end of march bringing home more stuff to show you here. -

large-format photos in the trendy Zahara club on Paseo Juan de Borbon 69 in the Barceloneta. Opening night will be on Friday 31 of january 2003 at 8.30 p.m.
Apart from the photos you will be able to enjoy the clubs famous cocktails as well as the dj´s selection of groovy sounds.

Barcelona based photographer Robert Penkwitt just came back from Paris, where he shot several editorials for the Chinese fashion-magazine "Vision".
After having published his work for the first time in October (to be seen on www.yifei.com), the stylish magazine from Shanghai now sent him to Paris to shoot a 60ies- vintage- fashion- story with the help of spanish stylist Nuria Sanchez, and Paris based hair and make-up artist Xavier Curtz and Iris from mods hair. The models Catherine, Alina, David, Rodolfo and Nadine are from Success and Stockholm II, whose bookers Patsy and Joanna deserve a big kiss for their great help.
