In collaboration with the Interone agency, Vinx-Media recently completed a large portion of the launch images for the new Mini John Cooper Works.

Beginning by constructing the studio environment, the company moved on to some diverse studio and real life rendering. Some of these images contained a chromaticity and configuration good enough to be used for real.

3D virtualisation was used to show the different materials and also to develop the 'Glass-Minis' in the flash-animated section of the website.

Moving images were used for functional animation purposes in the 'Driving and Safety' section.

There were three stages to the presentation of BMW's new Bi-Turbo engine:

To begin with, the MAD Agency produced a 3D laboratory environment.

Secondly, the newest BMW model was virtually created and placed inside the 3D lab. The images produced went on to form the print media campaign.

Finally, the team at Vinx - together with the Ogilvy agency - produced a special edition campaign for the Internet, allowing audiences to view the Bi-Turbo engine in the best possible light.

In September 2007 the creative team at Publicis Frankfurt had a problem: they had the job of launching the new Renault Laguna world wide and for the IAA Frankfurt, but didn't have access to the new vehicle! The only available automobile was being photographed elsewhere.

To complete the production, the agency debuted CGI design techniques.

The team from VINX produced four of the completed images, which involved creation of the entire virtual set design, 3D visualisation of the car, post-production, and all print-ready data.

The stunning results can be viewed in the minisite.
