Einwanger Klaus - Food Art Factory food & drink photographers
Klaus Einwanger began his career as an independent photographer in 1990 and has since specialised in food, still life, people and lifestyle photography.
Working from his daylight studio near Munich, which features two studio spaces, extensive fridge and freezer capacity and a full kitchen, he has been commissioned to shoot stylish food photography for advertising, packaging, books and PR clients.
Klaus' unique style can be recognised through his subtile mix of creative styling, food presentation and beautiful light graphics. He has worked on a variety of cookery books and with many top chefs in Germany and abroad.
The motives featured in this Showcase show a range of pictures from an ice cream and sorbets book production.

Klaus Einwanger shoots digitally from his Munich and London-based studios as well as on location worldwide. He has established a great pool of food and prop stylists and is known for his unique eye for detail.
Featured in this Spotlight is one of Klaus' latest productions. True to the maxim "mixing business with pleasure“, he travelled to France to inspire himself for a forthcoming book production. With a mixture of reportage and food photography, he recorded fields of sacks filled with oysters stretching as far as the eye could see - the only colour amongst all the grey being a few tractors in the mud. All of Klaus' images were produced in his Munich-based studio.

This Spotlight shows the stunning photos that Klaus shot for a book published by GU. The photos were used to accompany and enlighten gardening tips and images of home grown fruit and vegetables. Everything you can imagine that can be grown in a bed or a flowerpot has been photographed before and after its preparation by Klaus and his food styling team.

Munich - London: food art factory
Klaus-Maria Einwanger is a food photographer with studios in both Munich and London.
The photos featured in this Spotlight show a range of images produced for the GU publishing house and its book 'Frankreich - die Küche die wir lieben'. The project took an entire year to complete, with Klaus travelling throughout France to shoot both on location and in the studio.
"Realising this project has been a real challenge and has included getting to know many interesting people and profiting from a lot of new impressions," says Klaus. He is happiest working with people who really believe in what they do, capturing their enthusiasm and communicating it through his imagery.
