spotlight magazine Oct 2012 corporate, industrial and annual report photography
Karlsruhe: Martin Wagenhan
Martin Wagenhan is specialised in portrait, reportage and industrial photography. His early work has shaped his career with his trademark style in reportage, where he used a classic middle format camera, but on very agile subjects like spontaneous portraits and fleeting situations. These were shot for ambitious magazines such as JETZT, SZ-Magazin and BRAND 1.
The film has gone but the camera is still the same, making it more efficient for Martin to be agile and react creatively on impulse whatever the subject and setting.
He is always looking to find his point of view and to capture the characteristics of faces and places.
