AM Productions   Barcelona commercials production

AM Productions, although based in the south, shoots regularly in Barcelona and offers Commercial Production and Location Services in Spain.

This month, their latest commercial in Barcelona was with Gerard de Thame Films, London, for Cotton. This nationwide campaign for America, had a crew of 120 people, and the entire AM Productions crew was local.

In February, Setup was proud to co-ordinate the casting for the new Opel Meriva Campaign, shot by Uli Heckmann in Cadiz, in conjunction with Santa Monica Productions, our partner in the South.

In Mallorca, we worked with the German Amica Magazine in their editorial shoot, "Masquerade". Chris Militscher was behind the lens.

Lastly, Setup arranged for Zurich-based Juventino Mateo to shoot the Modern Mona Lisa for Barcelona’s CNR Magazine.

Setup Showreel is now available online, presenting the production service highlights of 2002/2003.

Commercial Director, Jose Manuel Ferrater, filmed the latest spring 2004 commercial for el Corte Ingles with Laetita Casta (SSM) in Barcelona. Agency: La Compañia de Anuncios.

He also directed the fashion and beauty TV commercial for Sensilis Emerge program with axis films and model Emeline (Traffic).

Jordi Blancafort S.L   Barcelona advertising photographers

Jordi Blancafort shot the "John Smith" sports catalogue in various unorthodox locations across Barcelona, including the ever-hip El Raval.

The latest "Guitare" catalogue was shot in the Entijuana Daylight studios with Nuria de la Fuente and Elena Baguci from Colors Modelling Agency.

Spanish fashion designer, Franc Sarabia chose Jordi Blancafort´s studio to create a new image for his latest bridal creations, employing the sultry looks of Reyes -also from Colors.

Friedel Scholten, a German photographer based in Barcelona, shot Revlon International's new advertising campaign.

Art Director: Fernando Gonzalez, Supervision/Client - Kim Hartmann.

Workstation carried out the retouching work.

Fashion photographer Jose Manuel Ferrater the Massimo Dutti International Summer 2004 campaign with model Erin Wasson (Traffic).

The shooting took place in Barcelona, with the creative and art direction of La Sal and production by Bookers'97.

Steffen SCHRÄGLE   Barcelona advertising photographers

"Kabul - A Certain View" is Steffen’s current photo exhibition on show at Joshua Agency, 79, Wells Street, London W1T 3QN.

He is also scheduled to exhibit a show about Afghanistan in Galicia, sponsored by the Xunta de Galicia, before June - we will keep you up-dated.

During January and February Steffen took more new pics to add to "Cars and Architecture", his photo reportage shown in Madrid and produced by Anagpunto.

Also on the cards for Steffen is a cultural centre for creative expression, which he will set up in Barcelona soon.

Olaf KRÖNKE   Barcelona advertising photographers

Immediately after the Sitges Film Festival, Olaf held an exhibition of 'Premiere', shot for Ford in Barcelona, at the Buena Vida, Playa San Sebastian in Sitges.

'Heidi's Apartment', another series by Olaf shot in Barcelona, in El Raval, is currently being exhibited with the Seltmann-Collection at the Museum Lüdenscheid in Germany.

He is scheduled for more shootings in Barcelona in April. This time, for Picture-Press, Hamburg.

Paul Mason, the best looking man over 40, flew in from Miami to shoot Olimpo with Pep Avila. It was good to see him again.

Catalonia's audio-visual industry award ceremony took place Thursday, March 18 to celebrate ACEVIP's 20th anniversary.

The ceremony was postponed due to 11M terrorist attack on Madrid. It was held in Barcelona at the Husa L'illa Diagonal Hotel and was attended by over 80 professionals.

Ovide BS won the New Technologies and Audio-visual Creativity Award for their development of high-definition systems.
