Docupolis opens the call for entries of the 5th edition of the International Documentary Festival of Barcelona which takes place at the CCCB. This year, the festival is scheduled from 5-9 October.
This year's awards will be:
- Docupolis Award for best documentary
- TV3 prize for new documentary authors
- Òpera Prima award for best first documentary: Distribution
- Tercer Ojo Award for best experimental documentary
- Human Rights Award for best documentary
- Best Latin American documentary
- Audience Award
