Luis Ridao is recognized for his vision of the spaces and his sensibility in the composition. Born in the Pampas, he got a BA in Communication at the University of Buenos Aires. By chance, he was selected by photographer Bruce Weber for an ad campaign starting to work in fashion.
In NYC, he began as a photographer’s assistant, but it was in Europe where he decided that his passion would become his profession as he focused on interiors and lifestyle photography.
He lives between Buenos Aires and Paris and is married to the fashion stylist Marina Gallo. He regularly contributes to magazines like Casa Vogue Italia, Architectural Digest, Harper's Bazaar, The World of Interiors, Vanity Fair, Elle Décor, and El País Semanal. Ridao’s commercial clients include Loewe, Bvlgari, and Zara Home.
