Matjaž Tancic is a young Slovenian photographer who lives and creates between Beijing and Ljubljana. He began as a photojournalist in Slovenia, but quickly made his way abroad.

Matjaž is a graduate of the London College of Fashion and his photojournalistic roots can also be sensed in his fashion work - the endless pursuit of fresh locations and that moment of spontaneity are the trademarks of his photography.

Matjaž has 42 group and 16 solo exhibitions behind him, with his work being featured in magazines such as Vogue, L'Officiel, Playboy, Mercedes-Benz Magazine, Inspire and Look de Book.

He loves all sorts of (technical) challenges, a passion that has made him one of the leading 3D stereo photographers and brought him huge success with his underwater photography.
