Knackscharf (German for pin-sharp) is Hamburg's newest equipment rental studio.
All the usual suspects are present when it comes to lighting and camera gear. Furthermore, Mac-based digital workstations loaded with all the essential programs are also available to rent.
Special items, such as accumulator-based power supplies that make loud generators obsolete, are Knackscharf's speciality. All equipment comes in custom-made flight cases which cater for the special needs of travelling photographers, ensuring equipment arrives safely whether for productions in Hamburg or on the other side of the world.
