Hakan Urfalioglu began his career as a part-time fashion stylist while studying for a degree in Psychology. He worked as a stylist on fashion shoots for a variety of magazines, and while studying for his Masters in Organisational Behaviour he became fashion editor for FHM magazine. Later in his career, Hakan became fashion editor for Rolling Stone magazine while simultaneously styling for Arena, Marie Claire, Esquire and T3.

Hakan has also styled for various TV commercials, advertising campaigns and music videos, as well as catalogue and image campaigns for numerous textile and fashion brands. Additionally, he writes about fashion for a range of websites and does visual merchandising for a leading jeans company.

Hakan continues his work as a freelance fashion stylist and producer in Istanbul.
