Born in Imperia under the Gemini star sign, viscerally curious and armed with unbreakable determination, Settimio Benedusi's work has appeared in numerous magazines and commercial projects.

Over the years he has completed cover shoots with celebrities along with editorials and advertising work for some of the leading brands in beachwear, fashion and kid's wear, including Versace, Northsail, Fusco, Cantine Ferrari, Miss Blumarine, Iceberg, Winston, Seventy, Take Two, Fisico, and many others. For seven consecutive years he has been the only Italian photographer to feature in renowned swimsuit magazine Sports Illustrated.

Settimio has also shot portraits of the créme de la créme of Italian society, from Silvio Berlusconi to Giorgio Armani, Gianfranco Ferrè, the Missoni spouses and Alberta Ferretti, to name only a few.

His frenetic positivity allows him to extend his activity way beyond photography to teaching, exhibitions, conferences, and participating in television programmes. Settimio travels  throughout the world putting together photo shoots in the most diverse and incredible locations.
