Tony Briscoe is a London food and drink photographer. His photography has a fresh, natural, graphic style which he captures whether on location or in his Clerkenwell studio.

Tony has recently completed a new cookbook ‘Fishy Fishy’ based on the exciting seafood restaurant in Brighton. The cookbook showcases a wonderful collection of recipes as well as ways we should source and eat fish. A selection of these images can be seen in this Showcase.
