Midwest raised, California washed, Kelsey Wilhm is continuously humbled by how the ocean can always make you feel tiny, yet inspired. Finding comfort in the unpredictable, her images are where water and reality meet.

With water as her backdrop, she derives her inspirations today from swimming, teaching, scuba diving and traveling. In search of the next tide, Kelsey moved to Santa Barbara, California to complete her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Professional Photography at Brooks Institute.

Now located in Los Angeles, or found on the beaches of the world, Kelsey is a strong believer that travel is the only thing you can buy that will make you richer.

''To unpathed waters, undreamed shores'', her photographs continue to explore the uncertainty and ever-changing world on and beneath the surface.
