The guiding principle behind Michaels' Italian and European cuisine reveals simple combinations of high-quality food. Under the culinary philosophy of Italian chef, Giacomo Colombu, the balance of tastes has supreme importance. He therefore chooses the best quality and freshest food.
The restaurant's open kitchen allows guests to sit and watch a live grocery show: all manner of fish, meat and poultry, as well as traditional pizzas, are baked in a genuine Italian birchwood stone oven.
