As Katarina also works as a stylist, most of her pictures undergo her own personal stylisation. She currently works on contract for leading model agencies and regularly co-operates with photographer Adam Bartas in producing her creative visions. The pair's upcoming project is entitled 'Cabaret no.5' and has been created in the style of burlesque.
Adam Bartas Prague retouching
Photography began to dominate Adam's life when he was in his early 20s, "coming as a completely unexpected occurrence". Equipped solely with a love for Fine Art and with a background in chemical retouching, he quickly developed a narrative visual style that gained widespread initial recognition. He deploys his personalised techniques in concept-driven assignments as a photographer and retoucher.
Adam prefers to keep his commercial workflow very personal. He likes to participate in the styling of his shots and does his own post processing. Two nominations in the final selection at the International Photography Awards 2007 (Advertising and Digital Enhancement categories) were a testament to his all-round dedication.
