APRODUCTIONS   Madrid commercials production

Aproductions announces the opening of its new Barcelona office, designed to handle local clients and advertising agencies by offering an experienced team of art buyers and producers along with extensive studio and equipment hire facilities.

To support the Barcelona venture the company has signed a selection of new photographers, including Belgian photographer Olivier Desarte who spent 10 years working in Paris, Cesar Urrutia, Marc Díez, Carles Nin and Jordi Verbo. Added to its roster of local talents  - Carlos Alsina, Sergi Margalef, Agustín Amate, Raúl Docasar and Victor Moscardó - Aproductions can cover every photographic style.

The company's film division recently welcomed director Miquel Navarro, who has worked for Marie Claire, the Spanish Government, Repsol, Spanish Lottery and Telefónica, amongst others. Miquel joins existing Aproductions directors Eugenio Recuenco, Héctor Gómez Rioja, filmmaker and script-writer Enrique Urbizu, Nacho Sarrais, Ale Burset, Yago Garbizu, and highspeed product experts Losito&Losito.

With branches in Madrid, Barcelona and the Canary Islands, Aproductions offers full production services across Spain and Portugal, as well as a locations database that includes over 200,000 images.

Caramba pictures   Barcelona commercials production

This summer Caramba pictures co-produced a viral for the Seat Ibiza's 25-year anniversary. The company threw a crazy party inside a Seat Ibiza in the city centre of Catalan coastal resort, Sitges. Clips from the 24hr party can be found here.

Other recent productions included Honda with Dani Pedrosa, Delta Lloyd and KPN.

Caramba pictures is prepared for the winter season with the promise of snow in the Pyrenees close to Barcelona and all-year-round sunshine in the south of Spain.

Mamma Team announces the opening of an in-house photo department representing photographers and illustrators in the national and international markets. Providing art buying advice for clients and advertising agencies, the aim of the new project is to provide a creative platform "to inspire and be inspired" through exhibitions of the company's most creative work.

The first of these events will be celebrated on Thursday, November 26th at the Mamma Team offices in Barcelona and will feature artwork from all the participating photographers and illustrators.

Mamma Team is a full-service production house for photo and film with offices in Barcelona and South America. This is the fourth year of operations in Buenos Aires, where the team works from October until February producing for international clients in the sunshine of the southern hemisphere.

Latest TV commercials include Skoda, Audi, Bimbo, Suzuki, California Walnuts, Laura Biagiotti, La Caixa, Mueller, Midas, Suzuki and John Frieda. The Mamma Team photo department recently produced Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, Nivea, VW, Sony Ericsson, Mustang and John Frieda, with photographer and director Mario Sorrenti.
