Michael Corridore is recognised both as an artist and a leading commercial photographer. His work, which has received international acclaim, is characterised by its artistic merit and craftsmanship.

Michael has been listed in the ‘American Photography’ and ‘Graphis Photo’ annuals for the past three years and his work can be seen in the latest Lurzer’s Archive ‘200 Best Photographers’ and the 2010 ‘Top 200 Book’. Recent commercial campaigns include James Boags, Qantas, Telstra Broadband and Solo.

Michael's personal work has received equal recognition with his landscape series ‘Roadworks’, placed runner-up in the 2008 book publishing prize Photography.Book.Now. That same year, his series ‘Angry Black Snake’ was screened at the New York Photo Festival and he received an honourable mention in the Fine Art Series at the 2008 New York Photo Awards. In 2009, he received the Aperture Foundation's Portfolio Prize for that same work and in March 2010 the ‘Angry Black Snake’ series will be shown in a solo show at Aperture New York.

Michael is represented in Sydney by creative agency The Kitchen Creative Management and his work can be seen on their website as well as his own.
