Blue Fish is led by director/photographer Glenn Gibson and his dedicated team of eight staff who bring together all facets of production, shooting and post under one roof to form a dynamic creative service. With over 20 years experience the company specialises in architecture, automotive, travel, tourism, people and lifestyle work.
Photography, directing, CGI and Spheron location shooting is supported by complete post production facilities. Clients can tap into the full service or specific areas of interest, while overseas photographers and crews can access studio and equipment resources from Blue Fish's support company, Eleven40.
Blue Fish recently completed the global visual asset production for the Mazda5 launch using a mix of photography and CGI. This was the ninth global launch shoot the company has completed for Mazda in the last seven years. Lead CGI artist Josh Bare created the stunning Syd Mead-inspired CGI image shown in this Showcase for an entry into the worldwide Syd Mead competition, while Christopher Howe has been busy expanding the library of CGI backplates and matching Spheron HDRI domes.
