Headed by Kathie Tutter for over 10 years, Toronto-based KTAR is a photo agency representing commercial photographers worldwide. The agency's award-winning artists shoot stills and motion projects for a wide range of local and international clients, including advertising, design, branding, editorial and interactive.

Kathie has an eye for great talent combined with a passion for photography. She studied at the Parson's School of Design in Paris and is a graduate of the Photographic Arts Program at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto.
