Over the past two decades, Klaus Einwanger has demonstrated his passion for food photography and its diversity through numerous successful shoots for books, magazines and advertising clients.

Klaus' style is always recognisable. His photography features soft lighting mixed with a great sense for detail and craftsmanship that brings out the best and most original results in all projects. Atmosphere is the key aspect of his photography and he loves the challenge provided by different areas of work.

The images featured in this Spotlight show a range from a close collaboration with Jens Rittmeyer, one of Germany's top chefs.
