Julie Benedetto is New York-based editorial and commercial photographer who is fanatic for beautiful lighting and has a passion for storytelling.

Along with having a wide range of knowledge in photography, Julie prides herself for being a great problem solver. She is crafty on set, often building and constructing backgrounds and environments herself, and loves the process of conceptualising, researching and making it come to life on set.

Julie creates ideas with clients by discussing the brand, its identity and their target audience.

Besides still-life and food she often shoots people, pets, architecture, and interiors. She is equipped with a wide range of photographic tools and a small collection of props, surfaces and backgrounds at her studio in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
