Jason Lowe has tried most foods from far and wide, and visited a staggering number of countries in his role as food photographer and photojournalist.
He shares a regular column with Mark Hix in The Independent, the two having formed a close working partnership whilst working together on half a dozen books. Jason maintains close associations within the food world and works with some of the finest food producers and most inspirational chefs.
He has been awarded two Glenfiddich awards and is the photographer of choice for chefs Claudia Roden, Gennaro Contaldo, Fergus Henderson and, of course, Mark Hix. Commercial clients include Garnier, WeightWatchers, Sainsbury's, Liberte and Tesco, to name a few.
