Bringing passion and years of experience to his photography, Brad Feinknopf works closely with clients to provide incomparable quality and a great shooting experience. After studying design at Cornell University, Brad assisted Richard Avedon, Robert Mapplethorpe, Arnold Newman and Joyce Tenneson in NYC before returning to Columbus to pursue his passion for photographing architecture.
Understanding architecture comes naturally to Brad as both his father and grandfather are successful architects. This has lead to wonderful client relationships with world-renowned architects such as Rafael Vinoly, Charles Gwathmey and Studios Architecture, amongst others. Brad's work has been honoured by ASMP and was included in its annual 'Best of ASMP' bulletin. His iconic image of the Boston Convention Center was featured on the cover of the Architectural Photographers' Sourcebook in the US and Russian editions.
As a frequent lecturer and active participant in professional
organisations, Brad remains at the forefront of current photography
trends and architectural issues. His work has been published in
Architectural Record, Metropolis, PDN,
Architecture Digest, VM+SD, Time, Fast
Company, Book, USA Today and Sports
Illustrated.
