The Keating Hotel, designed by Italy's prestigious design firm, Pininfarina, is the first high-end, luxury boutique hotel in the Historic Gaslamp District of San Diego.
Described as 'a statement of our time', this project offers the
highest level of personalised service with expressive Italian
design. Designed to amplify the modern chic of urban living, the
project combines the comforts of state-of-the-art technology and
design with historic features of its original 1890
construction.
The 35 luxury stanza lofts with original brick walls and 15-foot
vaulted ceilings all include custom furniture, Frette Linens, Bang
& Olufsen entertainment system, Dornbracht bath fixtures and
LaVazza espresso machines.
The hotel's semi-private social centre is the Minus 1 Lounge exclusive to hotel guests and an eclectic mix of the Who's Who of Southern California. The Keating defines a new standard for lifestyle hotels worldwide, blending exemplary service with elegant Italian design, SoHo style and So Cal chic.
