The company’s founder Mary Pratt is not only used to switching back and forth between languages - primarily English and German - but, perhaps more importantly, cultures. Having grown up in Switzerland and living in New York for 20 years, Mary is familiar with the subtle differences between American and European tastes that can be crucial when realising a campaign.

“One of the aspects I love about my career is the variety,” Mary reflects. “No job is alike, and yet each project feeds the next one - often in unpredictable ways.
